SECURE YOUR CHOICE (RESERVATION). Once you have chosen one of TAYELLA HOMES property, whether it is directly or through one of our agents, we will accept a reservation fee from you to take property off market (subject to status etc).

MORTGAGE ADVICE. Lets us introduce you to a professional company of mortgage brokers who will search the market and find the BEST deal he can suited to your needs and status.

SOLICITOR. If you haven't already chosen a Solicitor, let us recommend one for you.

CONTRACTS EXCHANGE. Your very nearly there, once your Solicitor is happy with the legal paperwork, and you have a mortgage offer for the property, you can officially exchange contracts and set a completion date (obviously in line with when the property is ready).

OPTIONAL EXTRAS. If you have agreed a sale EARLY enough and have reached stage 4, then this is an opportunity to stamp your mark on your new home with the option of adding options / upgrades,very much depending on at what stage the property is at, we will happily meet you on site with our project / site manager to discuss your ideas.

COMPLETION DAY. You have done it this is the final part of the ladder, once your Solicitor has sent the `balance` of all monies required, to our Solicitor, Tayella homes, or their agent can release the keys to your new home. We would also, happily meet you ( with our site manager) either just before or on the day itself, to run through our home pack with all the details of your new home in there, and any questions about the appliances etc can be answered.
